Terms and Conditions of Business

 

 There is no minimum invoice value and we'll be delighted to receive your order.

 

NB: Delivery Information

When entering your delivery address please appreciate that our delivery courier must obtain a signature for the parcel/s.  Parcels may be left 'with a neighbour'.

If there is no-one at your address to sign for the parcel/s, a second attempt could be made the next working day.  If the second attempt fails, the parcel/s can then be collected from the nearest depot.  If after 3 days the parcel/s have still not been collected, the parcel/s will be returned to us.  A re-delivery charge would then be charged - identical and in addition to the original carriage cost.

Therefore, please use the 'Your notice to us' box when placing your order - eg: 'leave parcel/s with neighbour.

 

DELIVERY & VAT

Small orders for spare parts (eg: Rubber Ferrules, Floor Plates, Nuts, Bolts and Keys) can be sent to you in a 'Jiffy' bag via Royal Mail.

Customers choosing the Royal Mail standard postage service, do so on the understanding that we accept no responsibility for missing or lost 'Jiffy' bags or their contents.  It is a low cost alternative to our normal courier service and we offer it - at customer's own risk.

 

Standard UK mainland delivery @ £9.50 (per order) - Standard N.I, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, IoM, IoW, and Scilly Isles delivery from £25.00 - Standard Ireland and other European Union delivery from £30.00 and standard Worldwide delivery from £45.00.

If higher than the 'from' price, the actual price will be advised, and confirmation obtained from our customers - before despatch.

 

This is a business to business (B2B) website shop and the trade prices listed are exclusive of VAT.  VAT will be added to all UK Sterling prices and carriage costs in accordance with current regulations.

A UK VAT invoice will be issued to all customers.

VAT will not be charged to non European Union customers in accordance with current regulations.

CONFIDENTIAL ORDERING

We may use the supplied information to contact you about your order.

EX-STOCK

Stock items are usually despatched within a few working days of receipt of order and payment.  We will contact you regarding any out of stock item or if there is an unusual delay in despatching the goods.

COMMERCIAL SALES

Sales are to trade account holders and payment with order B2B customers.

Pro-forma invoices are available upon request.

PAYMENT

Existing credit account customers via cheque or BACS payment at the end of the month following the month of invoice.

Cheque or credit/debit card payment with order.

NB:  We will not debit your card until the goods are ready for despach.

 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All specifications, sizes, colours and descriptions are considered by the manufacturer to be reasonably accurate and we cannot be held liable for slight discrepancies.

GUARANTEE

Goods are supplied with a 12 month replacement guarantee - if faulty. 

If you are unsure about the suitability of any product please telephone and discuss it with us in advance.  The delivery costs cannot be refunded if the goods are returned as unsuitable or 'no longer required'.  The purchaser is responsible for return carriage costs and a credit note or discretionary refund will be provided on undamaged goods.  A re-stocking charge may apply.

All goods should be inspected prior to signing for delivery.  If the goods are delivered damaged, please refuse delivery and ask the delivery driver to return them to us.

If the goods are faulty, or have any missing fixings, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a fault develops within 12 months of purchase, please contact us.
